Accessing and creating CAQH user accounts
Why create a CAQH account?
A CAQH account allows your organization to securely access and manage provider data. To facilitate both manual and automated access, you must configure two sets of credentials:
- Manual Account: Used by our internal team to manually download CAQH documents
- Automation Account: Used by the CAQH Utility to pull data through automation
1. Register your health plan with CAQH
Skip this step if you already have a CAQH Participating Organization account and proceed to Step 2.
To register:
- Contact CAQH at (202)-517-0384 or email sales@caqh.org
A CAQH representative will assist in setting up your organization’s CAQH ProView account.
2. Setting Up Andros as a User
You must configure two accounts for Andros in CAQH to enable access and data downloads.
Please Note: If you already have a CAQH account linked to an andros.co email address for the manual account, you do not need to create a new user account. You only need to set up an automation account to enable the CAQH Utility.
