Overview
Request labels provide a clear explanation of the flag of a verification that may appear in reports. Each label indicates a specific reason for why a request has been marked as alert. This document is designed to help you understand the purpose and meaning of each label. It breaks down the key components of each label, offering context on when and why it might appear.
Here’s how to read the table:
- Category: Groups related labels under a shared category for easier navigation
- Label: Describes the specific outreach reason or sub-label associated with the category
- Initial / Recredential File: Explains why the outreach reason appears
